The main reason anyone would need to connect to cryptostorm using obfs4 is that they're behind a restrictive firewall that's doing DPI to block TCP OpenVPN, and our SSH or HTTPS tunnels are also being blocked. obfs4 will only work on our ECC and RSA TCP configs.

But I don't know anything about i2pcontol, can't help for you Pandora in principle they could still block the VPN traffic even over i2p, they can just block the connections i2pd makes while they are blocking direct access to the vpn, if i have a list of known good recent nodes they can't know what ip's to block ahead of time so have to wait until my i2pd connects to them to discover them.

Once you have that installed, install java, unzip your i2psnark.zip file and run i2psnark.jar. That's it. Though, you will need to run it every time you restart the router. With the android I2P client you may need to enable I2CP in the advanced settings. With i2pd you will need to enable I2CP as well.
