After installing i2p+ I noticed that my tunnels, peers, traffic in traffic out was reduced greatly compared to before. It does not affect me but I am only using about 4% of my total allotted bandwidth now and it feels like something changed besides the skin.

I'm not sure what kind of "safety" is needed. legwork.i2p (actually YaCy) doesn't have safesearch support at all. I still think ex ante warning and ex post removal/blacklisting should be enough (and clearly states so in the legwork.i2p ToS).
