Just from looking at your first line, I think it would work better if it was split in half so that it was: unfortunately your kisses will not help me with the well of sadness erupting from my soul Punctuation will really help as well. You might not think so but it really makes a big difference to readability. I'd also try to avoid or at least minimise the use of words with more than 4 syllables. A word like 'unfortunately' has 5 and that might be an entire line of another poem.
