Eggs, Flour (semolina or OO), olive oil, and some kosher salt. That's it. Sure, a mixer with a dough hook and a pasta roller will cut down on the prep time, but after making my own for the past 10 years, I only buy stuff pasta or really labor-intensive shapes (like Orecchiette) in the store these days.
