В появившемся окне Tor Connection нажать на Connect to Tor automatically, затем нажать на Configure a Tor bridge , затем нажать на Connect to Tor(синяя кнопка в правом нижнем углу), затем нажать на Enter a bridge that you already know , затем вставить мост obsf4, затем нажать на Connect to Tor(синяя кнопка в правом нижнем углу) Появится надпись Connecting to Tor with a castom bridge... и если мост который ты вставил незаблокирован то появится надпись внутри этогоже окошка Connected to Tor...
