If you would love to (and you had one), but it can't start after system (and IIP) reinstall, then just replace all your paths in .xml (and in tunnels) to current in ~/.i2p . It's not about the completeness of the java installation.

My best guess is that since auth plugin freezes you, if you happen to spawn in the air the server would think you're flying The fix for this was just allowing flying (which should have been enabled anyway.)
