They then mention a method to circumvent the DNS resolver issue: manually uploading a piece of the netDb so my router would bootstrap itself. Giving it the piece of data its trying to fetch. If i am understanding this correctly, I could keep a small portion of the netDb in a secure and encrypted location, upload it to my router, which then is enough data for my router to start making connections until im eventually inside the network, but without asking to be in.
