Now that I've been watching it more, I've seen it take anywhere from maybe 20-30 seconds to upwards of 2 minutes. Every half hour, working through the geoip.txt file each time, so I'm pretty sure that's what's doing it. And the rest of the time, the router only takes about 2% of the CPU.
