>Я этим ygg инкогда не пользовался. А ты не бойся, он не палит IP, устанавливается легко, надо только при установке в конфиге малость поебаться с подбором пиров, но там изично. Можно было бы запустить и через I2P или Tor, но оно будет тормазнутое что пиздец, а с пингом более 1000 вряд-ли кто-то захочет играть.

The only part that is relevant here is the conclusion of one of their experiments: ISP can infer from DNS that your IP fetched the data required to bootstrap into the I2P network, but other than that, the only way to potentially prove you are using I2P is by a looong passive attack where they monitor internet traffic and try to find the deterministic pattern I2P has.

There are many limitations artificially put on residential Internet plans. For example, I’m unable to get a static IP (even with money) and partly due to that fact, can’t have a reverse DNS entry. Because of these limitations it is hard to maintain good server (especially for email).
