Available options for ultimate consumer like you and me, either pull a ticket and report it as a bug or use I2Pd as a system service or write a script that initiates a GracefulShutdown and sends a "fuck off" after the time period has expired.

By default, Void comes with runit, a very simple and easy init system both to use and understand. For example, if you want to enable a service, you should just create a symbolic link for the service you need from /etc/sv to /var/service . And because it doesn't have a ton of features like systemd has, it's much more faster when you boot or shutdown your system.

So some prioritisation is needed. That's why exit nodes detect and drop bittorrent-related traffic (tracker announces and peer connection attempts), which is usually detectable.
