Just fire up an eepsite containing a directory with all the magnet links and relevant descriptions for all videos ever made and that's it. Then other people can mirror that site and thus the videos preserve cencorship free. Besides even with preserving the magnet links the people who seed the torrents are still visible, now this may or may not be an issue depending on how well they can hide their identity / where they are in the world, but those seeders are still exposed in essence.
