I suppose the same developer would implement keyboard-and-mouse interface in a car stereo.

Spurious wakeups are a platform-specific issue, and an example of Postel’s law in action: be conservative in what you do, and be liberal in what you accept from others. From what I gathered, spurious wakeups allows implementation of the POSIX scheduler to be lousy without breaking the convention.

The following example will monitor /var/log/auth.log and match: Accepted password for (.*?)\s.* using regular expressions. If sec manages to match a line using that regular expression it will then execute /usr/bin/espeak -v en-us -p 45 -s 125 -k10 -a 150 “$1 has logged-in.” where $1 is a substitution for what was matched in the regex group (.*?)

This process is known as "salting out" or dehydrating Isopropyl. Essentially what it's doing is taking a mix of Isopropyl and water (such as you might have in Isopropyl 50% or 70%), and dissolving salt into the water to make brine - the heavier brine will sink to the bottom forming a seperate layer.
Do you want to take steps towards reclaiming your digital privacy? Do you have a question about what technology is safe to use, or how best to protect yourself when using a particular piece of software? You've come to the right place!
So, Criptext alleges to be E2E - but actually, it only works between Criptext accounts - others will just receive your mail unencrypted as usual. And - as the "app" doesn't support PGP (unlike a regular mail client) - you're left bare unless you encrypt through the command line. This is not at all different than what Proton or Tutanota are doing.
They'd have to load for a few minutes before being watchable. I2P doesn't have that killer app or service yet. It needs something like PopcornTime or Napster (yeah, I'm old) that can excite the masses. People don't care about privacy or anonymity, just that stuff looks nice, is free and works fluidly; that's what I2P needs.
because you can run i2p even without accepting incoming connections, so my neighbor nodes shouldn't really care that my ip keeps changing (right?). I know there's an i2p mobile app, it probably works pretty well because idk made it i think. But again.. what's the point if i can't configure my browser to be secure (mobile browsers suckkk).
