After compiling it, I did some testing to see if it works as it should and then I installed it on my system. It works almost exactly like Pale Moon does, without the privacy issues.

It was the rug that tied the room together. It died not at once but strangely with several fits of poor performance. I was able to view some logs before it went to motherboard heaven.
