It's licensed under the LGPLv3 license, making any derivative works of it be open source too ! Though I must add; While I would agree under normal networking circumstances, the point of using progressive JPEGs is to present a full picture to the user as quickly as possible, even if that picture is initially incomplete in detail, which is preferable on slow connections like on Tor or I2P. Because most pictures are only glanced at, I believe making them “glance-able” quickly is preferable to making them “lookable” slowly.

I have accidentally left the Dvorak keyboard on public computers before (Windows, why do you stay on QWERTY when you log out but then randomly switch to Dvorak later if it's the default). The latest development in my journey of making my computers unusable to anyone else has been buying a stenography keyboard. I just got it today, so I have no skills with it, but we'll see where it goes in a few months time.
