I've found that this proposal uses 32 byte pubkey while ECIES-P256 uses 64 byte pubkey. Does ECIES-X25519-RATCHET-AEAD have resistance against Shank's Baby-step Giant-step attack and Pollard's Rho attack, both of which reduces the time complexity from O(2^n) to O(2^(n/2))?
