I think what you are trying to say is that one has to be seeding a persistent unique list of torrents to be identified as the same person even across several sessions with different b32s. Even then it would be almost useless since other tunnels that you use to visit sites or IRC have different b32s, so it would be hard to correlate them with your torrent b32 identity.
