Do not let serious problems sit unsolved. Make a release approximately every six months. This makes OpenBSD predictable, reliable, stable, verifiable and
therefore secure. Linux development is a mess (as previously stated in topic 12),
nothing is predictable, big changes happen all the time and Linux is
very malleable and shaped by the will of large corporations like IBM
(mainly because of the GPL license).
