The Bambulab owner, however, knows little about his printer or what makes it up, he uses the printer as a service rather than a hobby. Not to discredit these types of people, because it would certainly be poor judgement to exclude these people from the community for these reasons, but it is important to draw that line of distinction between hobbyists and consumers.
