Because Libtorrent developer is not working on I2P DHT, and I2P PeX was supposed to be released by now but again Libtorrent developer is not releasing lib 2.12 or 2.2 something version update which has I2P PeX in it. And I am layman do not know how to build libtorrent from scratch to use that pex feature, so I will ahve to wait.
