I assume there is some bug in a torrent client, likely Snark, announcing the torrent as complete after just having received the complete metadata.

Now from an observer statepoint, i could see where there might be an issue if say that person was the only individual involved in the transmission of that packet at that exact moment or it was a direct p2p through a torrent where a person requested a specific file and then the torrent tracker delivered such file, obviously at that point there's intent and I would assume probable cause, are some of the commenters being a bit paranoid about this?

This means that people who have never even used Bittorrent could be accused.
