The server name is embedded in the invite code. It's not like Tor or i2p where you churn through random relay servers. >If yes then it can be made into a honeypot because the relay servers are acting like a NAT tunnel. As long as the encryption is secure and you don't connect bare IP then it has no value as a honeypot from what I can see.

If a Tor relay which is most of the time located in a datacenter gets somehow attacked then its not a big problem. But in I2P where everyone is a router by default your ISP could get mad and probably take a closer look at you after some time.

On i2p, every client is also a router, and that helps the network, where on tor you have to set up a relay to contribute to the network. In terms of content, i2p is less used than tor, so you won't find as much hidden services here, but not more or less bad things, just less things in general.
