The qualities achieved are already good, with HEVC delivering impressive results as always in the setting (crf=19). Something slightly off topic: Are the files splited into blocks like emule did, so that peer could send blocks of smaller size and complete them with a kind of smart building like last block first block for video avi etc. Lesser distributed blocks loads first. There was exactly zero torrent files found in it. I searched for 'avi' and other common file extensions. I2phex does not work at all in Windows 7 64bit (didnt test 32bit Windows 7). I2psnark suffers from the problem of a single point of failure and censorship (tracker sites controlled by a few persons, rather than being decentralized like imule).
