If you are AFK'ing due to disconnection that's one thing, but standing around because the fish you need is in another zone, or doing GPoses should be done in groups which go onto (what the community calls) "private boats:" preformed parties which queue late and usually in languages that aren't dominant for their regions (so NA would queue for French, German, or Japanese language queues, not English).
