Besides even with preserving the magnet links the people who seed the torrents are still visible, now this may or may not be an issue depending on how well they can hide their identity / where they are in the world, but those seeders are still exposed in essence. For censorship resistant technology I again encourage the very use of I2P which this site of mine is on.
