This proposal does a lot of the same things as the proposal above, but automatically. My thinking about these "bad" countries is: - A lot of them have poor internet connectivity and so they make poor participants - There's very few users in each bad country - There's a much higher chance that a peer in a bad country is evil and wants to spy on the network So tell me if any of that is true?
