I know you're going to expect me to say gaming on Linux is also viable, but for games children play outside of Steam, I'm not so sure. Roblox is a sore spot. It's doable but difficult for a normie to figure out. Same with running games outside of steam. Doable, but not super super intuitive.

What we have left is an obscure keyboard that is called a glass keyboard. Those retail for around 300 dollars. I'm not sure what you can write off as a medical expense, but I'm guessing this keyboard might be a hard sell for your insurance. The OSK is what I mentioned as not quite out of the picture.
