I didn't see it auto-setup redirect/backup on "normal" installs when skipped, but I see the same thing happen a lot with accounts created AFTER OOBE on installs with Rufus MSA bypasses. 1 Forgot pin but theres no forgot pin option  in  r/WindowsHelp •  Mar 19 '26 Yeah, that would be the normal thing to do if they didn't bypass MFA and just use a local account.
