I count bad events (like failures to establish connection, invalid packets) and good events (effective payload received) per ip address. With time, when the table gets full, I aggregate them to broader networks. GetRandomRouter in NetDB selects a set of routers as if there were several calls to it, then consults the reputation system about each ip address.

Once I get disconnect, I can't get back on. I don't understand why it's talking about an IP address. No other service that I connect to on I2p shows an IP address, and no one knows mine to get to me. I thought the entire point was to hide IP addresses.

The channel name is #i2pcraft. How to join? Software You'll need a "cracked" client or a hacked client with an alt manager. Anything that lets you connect to non-premium servers is fine. My recommendation is MultiMC or a fork of it (except for PolyMC) with some open source hacked client.
